By accessing or using Nydar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Nydar is a trading analysis and paper trading platform. We provide:

• Market data visualisation and charting tools
• Technical indicators and analysis tools
• AI-powered trading signals (machine learning predictions)
• Paper trading simulation with virtual funds
• Portfolio analytics and risk assessment tools
• Integration with third-party brokers for live trading

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nydar. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Paper Trading

Our paper trading feature uses virtual (simulated) funds for educational purposes. Paper trading results do not represent real financial transactions and should not be considered indicative of actual trading performance. Virtual profits cannot be withdrawn as they have no real monetary value.

5. Third-Party Broker Integration

For live trading, Nydar allows you to connect accounts from supported brokers (Alpaca, Binance, OANDA). When you do so:

• You are subject to that broker's terms and conditions
• Your API keys are used only to execute your instructions
• We do not store your broker API keys on our servers
• You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions
• Nydar is not liable for losses incurred through live trading

6. AI Signals and Predictions

Our machine learning signals are probabilistic predictions based on historical data and technical analysis. You acknowledge that:

• AI signals are not financial advice
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Signals may be inaccurate and can result in losses
• You should not rely solely on AI signals for trading decisions
• The confidence scores indicate model certainty, not guaranteed outcomes

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Platform excessively
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Nydar are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nydar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nydar from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
